Lagos born singer and songwriter Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba popularly known with his professional or stage name Mohbad reportedly kick the bucket on Tuesday 12th September 2023.
He was born on the 8th June 1996 and the news of his death in viral news portray that he died at the age of 27 just after three months he celebrated his 27th birthday.
During the build up of his music career as a rapper, singer and songwriter he worked for Naira Malay under his Marlian Records label but left the label due to differences.
The news of his death has attracted many public inquiries about his personality and career. Many that knows him took to social media to celebrate his life while on Earth and poured out tearful messages on how the singer would be missed.
While many celebrities and upcoming in the entertainment industry wrote messages to bid farewell to Mohbad, others like a controversial X formerly twitter user Daniel Regha noted how people did not show solidarity for the singer during his hard period. To him, certain people in entertainment industry kept silent and only few like Bella Shumuda supported Mohbad.
He kept a low profile while alive and only a few knew anything about his family. His death has made many close to him extend their deep consolation to his immediate family. He purportedly was survived by a wife and child
