Supporters of Labour Party Presidential Candidate during the 2023 Presidential Election in Nigeria Mr. Peter Obi are in shock as Doyin Okupe names President Bola Ahmed Tinubu the best candidate during the 2023 Presidential election in Nigeria.
Dr. Doyin Okupe was a strong supporter of Mr. Peter Obi during the presidential election and was even a placeholder for the office of the Vice President pending when Senator Datti Baba Ahmed was named the official running mate of Mr. Obi in the election where they ran under the platform of the Labour Party (LP).
Okupe in a series of media chats and appearances in media was seen singing praises for the incumbent president of Nigeria and calling him the best president that can rule Nigeria though he said that the president came at a time when the system was not properly handled by the previous administration.
His recent preference for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu came as a troubling shock for the supporters of Mr Peter Obi.
