In a global summit, the President of Rwanda His Excellency Paul Kagame has announced that Africans will no longer be requested to visit the country only with a valid visa.
The announcement is coming after the President of Kenya His Excellency Williams Ruto made the public disclosure of a new policy in progress that will enable Africans to visit Kenya without the rudiments of obtaining visa permit before visiting Kenya.
Paul Kagame in a public statement has followed up with the position of his Kenya counterpart to pursue policy that will lead to the development of African countries through zero discrimination of Africans in their continent.
