Labour Party Presidential candidate Mr Peter Obi and his party have filed fifty-one ground appeals to Supreme Court to challenge the declaration of Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the winner of 2023 Presidential election as uphold also by the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal( PEPT) that delivered judgement on 6th September 2023.
Peter Obi and his party Labour Party (LP) on Tuesday 19th September 2023, filed an appeal to the apex court of Nigeria to insist that he and his party won 2023 Presidential election in Nigeria with 8.7 million votes.
