Imo State Government through the Owerri Capital Development Authority has issued a final order to demolish All Seasons Hotel Owerri.
From the observation report, the hotel has existed for many years with no interference from the government but a few days after the Imo State Governorship election, Owerri Capital Development Authority in a final order signed by the general manager issued demolition of the hotel within forty-eight hours.
Owerri Capital Development Authority said the hotel was built on illegal structure and should be demolished and return the land to the original nature before the hotel was built.
Owerri Capital Development Authority in the said viral letter gotten from X social media said that if the hotel owner did not obey the final order to vacate and demolish the hotel, it would demolish the structures and follow it with necessary law suits.
