Jack Solo and Chima Obieze Join the Enugu State House of Assembly to Represent their Various Constituency

The former Commissioner of Land in Enugu State and two-time sworn-in Mayor of Udenu LGA Honourable Solomon Izuchukwu Onah has officially become a member of the Enugu State House of Assembly to represent the good people of Udenu constituency at the State legislative chamber.

In the swearing-in ceremony, Honourable Barrister Chima Obieze also rejoined the Enugu State House of Assembly to represent the good people of Ezeagu.

Hon. Solomon Izuchukwu Onah and Barr Chima Obieze contested the House of Assembly election under the platform of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) and the candidates of the Labour Party were declared the winner of the election by the Independent National Electoral Commission ( INEC)

The duo approached the election petition tribunal with the case lingering to the Appeal Court where they secured the last victory as the duly elected winner of the House of Assembly election conducted in their various constituencies in Enugu State.

On Wednesday 6th December 2023, Hon. Solomon Izuchukwu Onah secured another laudable achievement in his political journey as he kicked off his first term to represent Udenu Constituency at the Enugu State House of Assembly.

Barr. Chima Obieze is not a first-timer in the state legislative chamber and he joins his returned colleagues and other members of the State Assembly from the ruling and opposition parties in Enugu State. He is well experienced in the business of legislation as a state lawmaker and one of the oldest members of the Enugu State House of Assembly by his third appearance. He was first elected in 2015 and re-elected subsequently in 2019 and again in 2023.
