Peter Mbah Defeats Edeoga and others at Tribunal

Supporters of the incumbent Governor of Enugu State Peter Ndubuisi Mbah rejoices as Governorship Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Enugu upholds the victory of PDP and Peter Mbah in Governorship Election held on 18th March 2023.

Tribunal dismissed the case of Labour Party candidate Barr Chijioke Edeoga and PRP challenging the victory of Peter Mbah during the Governorship Election in the State.

The certificate forgery brought against Peter Mbah to seek his disqualification in the election was dismissed as the parties failed to prove their case.

In the judgement delivered by the Tribunal, Peter Mbah and his team of lawyers won their case as the tribunal dismissed the cases filed against the Governor of Enugu State.
