The company announced on Monday, November 11th, 2024, the appointment of Dr Mohammed Indimi (OFR) as a Non-Executive Director to the company’s Board of Directors.
According to the news made known by the company, the appointment takes effect on 7th November 2024 which implies that the appointment already took effect immediately following the current date that the news was made public.
Dr Mohammed is an accomplished businessman and philanthropist known in every part of Nigeria and in the world at large. He is the founder and Chairman of Oriental Energy Resources Limited which is an oil and gas company that operates in the upstream sector of the Nigeria oil and gas. The success of the company reflects on his tenacity in leadership and entrepreneurial ingenuity which contributed in making the company business operation to become a huge success in the company’s sector of business operation.
Aside his signature in Oriental Energy Resources Limited, he also occupies a board as the chairman of M & W Pump Nigeria Limited and also serves as a Director in Jaiz Bank Plc which is a popular Islamic bank in Nigeria adhering to ethical business practices as expected of the bank.
He holds two national honours in two countries in West Africa starting from his country of origin Nigeria where his contribution in the growth of Nigeria’s economy, wealth creation and philanthropy gave a speed to his recognition with Nigeria’s National Honour of Officer of the Federal Republic (OFR).
In Niger Republic which is a French-speaking country in West Africa, Dr Indimi holds a national award and recognized as the Commandeur dans L’Ordre du Merite du Niger.
