Ifeanyi Ubah Joins APC

The Nnewi oil mogul and business tycoon Senator Ifeanyi Ubah had officially joined the All Progressive Congress ( APC) which is the ruling party in Nigeria.

In an outdoor event held in Awka the capital city of Anambra State, the bigwigs of the party in Anambra State welcomed Senator Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah and Senator Uche Ekwunife into the APC family in the state.

Ifeanyi Uba is notable for his success in the oil and gas industry as the founder of Capital Oil which is a company heavily into the downstream sector of the Nigeria oil and gas industry. He also has investments spanning sports, media and other businesses he engages in the private sector.

Senator Ifeanyi Ubah is a Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and represents Anambra South Senatorial District at the senate chamber of the National Assembly.

He was first elected as a senator through the Young Progressive Party ( YPP) in 2019 and contested again through the same party during the 2023 senatorial election.

A few months after his re-election as a senator coming from a minority party YPP he took a decision to join the majority party in the senate and the ruling party in the country.
