Ngozi Okonji Iweala visit President Bola Ahmed Tinubu

Nigeria’s former Minister of Finance and incumbent Director General World Trade Organisation(WTO) Ngozi Okonji Iweala officially visits Nigeria’s President Bola Ahmed Tinubu after the latter assumed office.

According to the news made public in her verified X account, she said

“Really good conversation with HE Mr President ⁦@officialABAT⁩ focused on supporting poor and vulnerable Nigerians at this difficult time. Also discussed the need for Nigerians to work together to build a strong job creating economy including what @wto can do to support! “

She also debunked a false news circulating that she was been attacked for visiting President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and called upon the entire public to disregard it.

She said ” It has just been brought to my attention that there is a false statement circulating on what’s app attributed to me saying that I am being attacked for my visit to President Tinubu. That statement circulating is false, Infact wickedly false designed to create mischief among Nigerians. Please disregard the statement.”
