The death of Lagos-born singer, songwriter and rapper Mohbad has been generating lots of controversies, especially with the accusation that certain persons are behind his death.
The social media accusations have attracted and drawn the attention of the Nigeria Police force (NPF) who recently made a press release and also used the medium to send their heartfelt condolences to the family of the deceased.
According to the news made public by the Force Public Relations Officer (FPRO), he said that the Nigeria Police Force will carry out a diligent investigation on Mohbad’s demise.
The Lagos State Commissioner of Police has been tasked to carry out the detailed investigation and unravel the circumstances surrounding his death.
People that have valuable information are told to make it known to the police.
Nigeria Police Force (NPF) also warned members of the public to desist from making statements that will pose as obstacle or hinder the progress of the investigation.
