According to the news made public my Mrs Adenike Fajemirokun who is the Group Executive Director & Chief Risk Officer at Dangote Industries Limited, she revealed that Dangote Industries Limited has signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with China National Building Materials Co.
The Strategic Cooperation Agreement was signed physically in the presence of the Chairman Dangote Industries Ltd Alhaji Aliko Dangote who is currently the richest man in Nigeria and Africa.
Adenike revealed further that Mr. Zhi Xiao, Chairman of China Building Materials Co was also physically present in the signing of the strategic cooperation agreement between his company and Dangote Industries Limited.
Speaking further, Adenike said that the strategic alliance with China Building Materials Co is a testament to Dangote Group’s shared dedication to driving infrastructural development across Africa towards sustainable economic growth.
She did not reveal in detail the content of the strategic agreement signed by the two companies but her revelations predict that the cooperation is geared towards infrastructural development in Africa as Dangote operates in many African countries and not in Nigeria alone.
