Prof. Rita Orji Awarded the Dalhousie President’s Research Excellence Award for Research Impact

Nigerian-born academic, Professor Rita Orji, has added yet another feather to her illustrious cap by winning the Dalhousie President’s Research Excellence Award for Research Impact in Canada. The prestigious award celebrates outstanding research contributions that have created a significant global impact, which Professor Orji richly embodies.

Prof. Orji, a Professor of Computer Science, Canada Research Chair, and Director of the Persuasive Computing Lab, shared the inspiring news on her social media platforms, expressing gratitude to Robert Beiko, Emily MacKinnon, and the entire Persuasive Computing Lab team for their unwavering support in reaching this major milestone.
