In a trending news gotten from the social media page of First National Bank of Sycamore established in 1919, the bank made a revelation that four outstanding team members have been promoted.
The bank noted that the team members who were recently promoted have consistently demonstrated excellence, dedication, and a deep commitment to serving their community.
Speaking further, the bank said that the leadership prowess of the four outstanding team members who got promoted reflects their mission to foster growth and provide exceptional service to customers.
Donna Peterson is one of the four team members who was promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in the bank. She has twenty-seven years of job experience in the bank making her to be well-equipped with an enormous wealth of experience in the services the bank renders to their community. Her career in the bank started as a teller and she served in other positions such as Bookkeeper, IT Manager, Controller and her recent job designation. She attended Tiffin University from 1993-1997 where she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management General. She equally attended the Barret School of Banking in the year 2012-2014 making her very outstanding with work experience matched with excellence in education exposures.
In the recent promotion flier from the bank, Grant Ekleberry also made the top four outstanding team members who were promoted. He is the Vice President Business Development Officer in the bank in recognition of his dedication, tenacity and dedication to the bank after six years of active service. His new job role entails that he will drive commercial, consumer and residential lending. He will equally oversee marketing and serve in the bank investment committee in charge of the securities portfolio. His first and second degrees are both from Tiffin University where he holds Bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Business Administration respectively.
Lindsay Brickner who has more than two decades experience in the banking sector is also among the four outstanding members of the bank who got promoted. She is the Vice President, IT & Operation Manager in the bank which reflects her dedication and enormous wealth of experience in the past twenty-three years of uncommon stewardship. She is a graduate of Terra Community College and Marion Technical College where she acquired degrees in Business Administration and Cyber Security respectively.
Fourth in the list is Patrick Carey who has worked in the bank for sixteen years before his recent promotion as Senior Vice President, Chief Lending Officer. Part of his new job description demands that he oversee the bank’s lending functions, loan portfolio and agriculture lending services. He studied Economics and Finance at the University of Findlay where he was a member of Sigma Pi Fraternity and Baseball team as part of his extracurricular activities.
