The PDP Presidential candidate during the 2023 Presidential election Waziri Atiku Abubakar files an appeal challenging the judgement of the election petition tribunal delivered on the 6th September 2023.
He recently approached the Supreme Court to appeal the judgement delivered by the Tribunal where his prayers were dismissed.
On Tuesday 19th September 2023, he approached the apex court in Nigeria to formally file his appeal against the declaration of Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the winner of the 25th Presidential election held in the thirty-six States in Nigeria and Federal Capital Territory(FCT) Abuja.
