Nollywood actor Mr John Okafor popularly known as Mr Ibu due to one of his famous movie roles that showcased his comic skills is reportedly sick and in the hospital.
He had cried to the members of the public concerning his sickness and the necessary financial support for his medical condition.
The health state of the actor Mr John Okafor has generated many media buzz for some days and many wealthy Nigerians have extended their hands of support to the actor.
The former Senate President of Nigeria and former Governor of Kwara State Sen. Bukola Saraki has donated money to save the health condition of the actor. He made a sumptuous donation through his foundation and fans of the actor reacted to his support with praises.
Other fans and wealthy citizens have also made their donations and pledges to enable the quick recovery of the actor.
In another viral news, Reno Omokri the former Special Adviser on New Media and Spokesperson to the former President of Nigeria Goodluck Ebele Jonathan had called on the former Governor of Anambra State and LP Presidential candidate Mr Peter Obi to support the medical bills of the sick actor. Many fans of Mr Peter Obi reacted to it and perceived it as a joke taken too far. A colleague of the sick actor and lawyer Mr Kanayo O Kanayo did not keep silent on it and cautioned Reno Omokri to desist from his continuous disrespect to Mr Peter Obi.
The founder of Blord Group is also alleged to have pledged to support the medical bills of the actor Mr John Okafor.
